Popoyo

North of San Juan Del Sur is Popoyo beach. This surf town is known for having good waves and not being as touristy as San Juan. Unless you take an expensive shuttle or have friends to split a taxi with, you have to take a chicken bus to Rivas and then transfer to Popoyo.
